CEJN OCP LQQ – Liquid Quick Connect Couplings for Data Centers
Overview:
The CEJN OCP LQQ (Liquid Quick Connect) series is a high-performance quick-disconnect coupling system designed for Open Compute Project (OCP)–compliant liquid-cooling applications. Built to deliver maximum reliability, spill-free performance, and low pressure drop, the LQQ coupling enables fast, tool-free connections in high-density Data Center cooling systems. Its flat-face, dry-break design eliminates fluid loss and air inclusion during servicing, ensuring coolant purity and system integrity in mission-critical environments.
Key Technical Advantages:
OCP-Compliant Interface: Developed in accordance with Open Compute Project standards for interchangeability and modular cooling system integration.
Spill-Free, Flat-Face Design: Prevents fluid leakage and air ingress during coupling and decoupling, preserving coolant cleanliness.
High Flow Efficiency: Engineered internal geometry minimizes pressure drop to maintain stable coolant circulation and thermal performance.
Compact, Lightweight Construction: Available in stainless steel and anodized aluminum for durability and ease of installation.
User-Friendly Operation: One-hand push-to-connect function with audible and tactile locking feedback ensures secure engagement.
Safety and Identification Options: Color-coded and mechanically keyed versions prevent cross-connection errors.
Broad Coolant Compatibility: Suitable for glycol-water, dielectric, and deionized coolants used in direct-to-chip and immersion-cooling systems.
Pressure and Temperature Ratings: Rated up to 20 bar (290 psi) and –40 °C to +120 °C (–40 °F to +248 °F).
Data-Center Application Focus:
The CEJN OCP LQQ coupling system delivers reliable, maintenance-friendly performance in modern Data Center liquid-cooling networks. Ideal for CDUs, manifolds, cold plates, and rack-level quick-connect interfaces, it enables rapid servicing and reconfiguration without fluid loss or contamination. Its OCP-standardized dimensions ensure full compatibility with other open cooling solutions, supporting modular, scalable, and vendor-neutral infrastructure designs. Engineered for safety, efficiency, and precision, CEJN OCP LQQ couplings are a proven choice for high-performance Data Centers striving to achieve optimal uptime, coolant integrity, and thermal management efficiency.
