CNG Hose Assemblies:

Hampton Rubber provides both medium and heavy-duty CNG hoses for refueling dispensers, transfer lines, and high-pressure applications. These are rigorously tested and certified to meet all necessary industry standards, including ANSI/CSA NGV4.2-2014, NGV3.1-2014, and NFPA 52.

35-NG Fill Hose Options:

Designed for high-pressure CNG service up to 5,000 PSI (345 bar), ideal for fueling and upstream vehicle applications. It features a conductive nylon core, synthetic fiber reinforcement, and a durable polyurethane cover for abrasion and UV resistance. Rated for temperatures up to 248°F (120°C), it delivers low expansion and consistent performance in high-cycle environments. Available in the sizes below.

NG-TW On-Vehicle Hose:

Danfoss NG-TW hose is built for low-pressure CNG service (~45–75 PSI) downstream of the regulator in engine systems. It uses a conductive PTFE inner tube, stainless steel braid reinforcement, and a heat-resistant outer cover for durability in demanding conditions. With temperature capability up to 248°F (120°C), it performs reliably in high-heat, vibration-prone environments. Available in the sizes below.
